Quality Vibez

🌟 Meet Bindy — Founder of Quality Vibez
G'day, I’m Bindy—Support worker, advocate, and curator of connection. Most folks call me Bindy, Bina, or BinBin… though I do respond to “Oi” with surprising enthusiasm. 🙃
My passion for disability support was sparked back in my school days at Wanganui Park Secondary College in Shepparton. It was there, in classrooms that truly practiced inclusion, that I first saw what it meant for everyone to have a fair go. No one was left on the sidelines—expectations were shared, support was mutual, and we were encouraged to look out for one another.
As students, we weren’t just passive observers—we had a role to play. We were expected to guide each other, to speak up when something wasn’t right, and to hold each other accountable with care. That sense of shared responsibility—of standing up for what’s fair and calling out harm when we saw it—left a lasting impression on me.
That early experience planted a seed: a deep drive to walk alongside others, to spotlight their strengths, and to help co-create spaces where everyone feels safe, valued, and supported. Where inclusion isn’t just a buzzword—it’s a lived, everyday practice.
Over time, I’ve found myself drawn to spaces that welcome difference and celebrate community. Whether it’s lending a hand behind the scenes or helping shape environments that feel safe and inclusive, I believe in the quiet power of kindness, respect, and showing up with heart. Because when people feel seen and supported, they can truly be themselves—and that’s where the magic happens.
I bring 24-ish years of lived experience into every space I hold—backed by a Certificate IV in Disability, Certificate IV in Community Services, and a Diploma in Alcohol and Other Drugs. Through Quality Vibez, I offer support that’s person-centred, trauma-informed, and grounded in real connection. It’s honest. It’s kind. And yep—it’s got a little sparkle.
💫 A Little More About Me…
When I’m not co-creating inclusive spaces, you’ll probably find me pottering with plants, getting crafty, or curled up with a good movie—The Heat or Step Brothers are go-to faves. I’m all about crunchy, salty snacks (popcorn, nuts, dip & bikkies—yes please), and I’m currently vibing hard to Enlly Blue’s Keep on Boogiin.
I’m a ROCK/gem enthusiast (some say obsessed), and nothing lifts my spirits like finding a good rock or diving into a creative project. I have 2 dogs, because life is better when we share it, and my favourite colour is that perfect blue-green blend of dark turquoise.
My party day/Birthday is July 25 & my ideal arvo is hanging at home, crafting something quirky, or soaking up the quiet with a funny flick.
🌈 Why I Do What I Do
I’m here to empower, educate, and co-create spaces where everyone feels seen, heard, and celebrated. Whether it’s through workshops, creative documentation, or one-on-one support, I bring warmth, humour, and a whole lot of heart to everything I do.
Let’s build something beautiful—together.
