I’m committed to creating spaces where people feel genuinely welcomed and communities that celebrate difference, wrap folks in kindness and make room for everyone to show up exactly as they are. I’m big on heart, honesty, respect and the kind of everyday care that helps people breathe out, settle in and feel comfortable being themselves.
My work is shaped by 24 years of lived experience and supported by formal training - Certificate IV in Disability, Certificate IV in Community Services and a Diploma in Alcohol and Other Drug. But the real magic comes from how I show up: warm, curious, stead and full of that signature Bindy‑BinBin‑Bina energy that brings lightness, humour and humanity into every interaction.

G’day, I’m Bindy - support worker, advocate and curator of connection. My commitment to disability support began back at Wanganui Park Secondary College in Shepparton, where genuine inclusion was part of everyday life. Those classrooms taught me the value of shared responsibility, speaking up and making sure no one was overlooked. This early experience shaped my drive to walk alongside others, recognise strengths and help create spaces where people feel safe, valued and supported.
It’s honest.
It’s kind.
And it brings a little everyday happiness into the moments that matter.

Quality Vibez was created as a place where people can slow down, feel seen & actually enjoy the support around them. We keep things small, personal & heart‑led: one‑on‑one connection, the same friendly faces every time & support that feels cosy, calm & genuinely caring. Support should feel beautiful, warm, gentle & full of good Vibez that settle into your day like a warm milo.

What started as a tiny bit of fun has grown into a whole town full of smiles and little ducks popping up everywhere.
From the supermarket checkout to an evening out for dinner, these tiny travellers appear in the most unexpected places. One minute you’re grabbing milk, the next you’re face‑to‑face with a glitter duck giving you attitude.
